CANCELLATION POLICY

If you Need To Cancel An Appointment, Just Let Us Know ::

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this is outside of our 24-Hour cancellation policy window, you may do so using the link provided in your appointment confirmation text or email, or you can call the studio (905) 216-2511 or email us at clientcare@bodiologie.com with no additional fees or charges billed to you.

Late Cancellations ::

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are considered “late cancellations” and will result in an automatic charge of $35.00 to the credit card on file. If the card is declined or expired, the late cancellation fee must be paid at your next booked appointment.

For emergency situations, please call the studio directly at (905) 216-2511 ASAP, or email clientcare@bodiologie.com and let us know.

No Call | No Show ::

No Call | No Show will be charged 100% of the original booked service amount, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services, and there will be no exceptions. If the card is declined or expired, the no show fee must be paid at your next booked appointment.
In the event that a client has missed 3 consecutive appointments without calling to cancel or reschedule, we will require full payment for your future appointments in advance, and may also
result in no longer being able to book appointments with Bodiologie Studio.

Running Late? ::

We understand that we can’t always plan for the unexpected, but please note that if you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you must call the studio directly
at (905) 216-2511 or email us at clientcare@bodiologie.com to find out if we are still able to perform the complete service for you, or if we may need to reschedule it.
In the event that we need to reschedule the appointment due to late arrival, the late cancellation fee of $35.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file.

It is of utmost importance to us to minimize our clients wait time, and we genuinely take great care in providing an overall calm, relaxed and comfortable experience for all of our Bodiologie Clients.
